Newark-based nonprofit La Casa de Don Pedro’s biggest fundraiser of the year, our #GivingTuesday End of Year Campaign, has returned! When the COVID-19 pandemic hit earlier this year, causing unparalleled strain on our communities, La Casa stepped up in a major way by ramping up our efforts to empower and revitalize the 50,000 plus Newarkers who rely on us. We’ve made great strides in providing much-needed relief to the families that we serve but our work is far from over.
