James D. Doster Inc. is an outdoor construction company that has been in business in Gaston County for over 25 years. We are seeking laborers to join our crew. Your role will be to aid in installing the pipe. We specialize in installing underground utilities for subdivisions in Gaston County and the surrounding areas. These services include water, sewer, and storm drain. Job duties include helping lift heavy things, dig holes, remove bolder and stumps, load and unload equipment, help operators on the jobsite, use power tools such as jack hammers and concrete saws. We are a family-oriented company and treat every new employee as a member of our family. We have a zero-tolerance drug policy. As our company continues to grow, we are constantly searching for new, hard-working individuals. There is no experience needed, there will be on the job training.
