I'm looking for a female Chihuahua puppy, but may consider a male, or even another breed if its going to stay small. Willing to pay a reasonable fee. Must be local to the Tri-Cities area. I have vet and personal references, and will allow a home visit if desired. I will pay adoption fee upon pickup, no deposit, no scams. Please let me know if you have one available!
