Being holistically healthy means caring for your mind and body. Psychologist Dr. Kimberly Kohli will help guests develop a better understanding of mental health, discuss symptoms of depression and anxiety, and address the importance of practicing self-care.
Orthopedic and sports medicine provider Dr. Nicole Sabatina will provide education about the benefits of physical activity and how adopting exercise as a form of self-care can help you create a happier body and brain.
A free health screening and 7-day pass to the Robert K. Fox Family YMCA will be available to all attendees. In-person attendance is limited, and registration is required by Aug. 4. Medical grade masks are required during the event.
