Join us in the Community Teaching Kitchen on March 23rd, April 6th, and April 20th to learn how to grow your own vegetables at home! Growing your vegetables at home can help make your diet more diverse and healthy, packing it with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Founder and CEO of Vitiman Kandie Cafe, Mary Johnson, will begin teaching sessions for "Home Grown Veggies: The Series" alongside Dr. Greenhand on March 23rd, April 6th, and April 20th from 12-1 pm! Focused on learning new ways to grow your vegetables at home, this class is a great way to work toward your health goals for 2022! Classes are held in the Dave's Supermarket Community Teaching Kitchen located at 1929 E 61st St. in MidTown.
