Patriots Day Celebration at the Cyrus Dallin Art Museum Hear ye, hear ye! Experience our two favorite Paul Revere-inspired poems – one authored by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow and the other by Cyrus Dallin – brought to life by Arlington locals! Get the inside story on the Battle of Menotomy and imagine what it was like on that tumultuous day in 1775. Learn about Dallin’s 57-year battle to complete his famous monument to Paul Revere in Boston. The Dallin Museum will be open, and visitors will have an opportunity to view a newly acquired antique bronze cast of Dallin’s Revere. This is a free event. Families are welcome! Bring chairs/blankets. Following this program, enjoy additional festivities at Town Hall sponsored by Explore Arlington MA. Paul Revere and William Dawes are expected to arrive at noon!
