They will learn the basic coverages of a homeowner’s policy, the lender requirements, inspections, and mitigation issues. We will also provide information on how a deductible works and the significance of making the right coverage choices when purchasing a homeowner’s insurance policy. Our goal is for the Realtor to leave this class more informed about how a homeowner’s insurance policy works so they can pass it along to their buyers.
