We are looking for an in-house superintendent to manage an 16-unit motel. The motel will consist of long term monthly tenants. This is a 10/hour a week job and the responsibilities are to be the eyes and ears at the property. You do not need to make repairs or fix anything at the building. Responsibilities are to show new prospective tenants vacant units and light cleaning of the units to make them ready for move-in. We are not paying a salary for this position, but we are allowing the interested party to live in one of the units of the building for free. This will be a perfect position for anyone who is retiring in the Lakes Area and has had some experience in the trades or real estate industry. The building is a mile from Weirs Beach.
