All Star Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for a Property Maintenance Technician for a resort in Sunriver! Payrate is $19/hr + DOE Wednesday - Sunday, 10am-7pm/Monday-Friday 8am-5pm This is a temp 2 hire position. Pay increase and full benefits offered once hired on. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the completion of general maintenance tasks including service requests and turnover functions (based on individual ability to complete tasks) in order to assist in maintaining and preserving the property. This position is likely to be called upon to perform groundskeeper responsibilities (as well as other functions) and responsible for the overall cleanliness, physical appearance, and presentation of the property. Responsible for performing all work duties in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company safety policies, and for relay of information regarding property operations or conditions which could constitute a physical or liability hazard.
