8 month old black lab puppy looking for a forever home to call his own

This sweet boy is around 8 months old, I took him on about 5 months ago due to the person who had him wasnt taking very good care of him. I ended up getting him ALL of his puppy shots, he is current on vaccinations and current on deworming as well. Hes a very good dog and I would love to keep him but my 4 year old 35 lb terrier mix has issues with big dogs for some reason 🤷‍♀️ he was great with him when he was smaller but now that hes getting bigger the terrier mix is not okay with him anymore, he has too spend too much time in his kennel and its just not fair to him 😟 so I'm hoping to find him a good home with people who will love him forever. Hes a little shy with new people but doesnt take long to warm up and climb in your lap for cuddles ❤ I'm asking a rehoming fee of $200 just to make sure hes not going to be a bait dog or anything and of course I would like an agreement with the new owners that if for any reason they cant keep him anymore I would like the first chance to take him back. Too many dogs get passed around and end up in the humane society and its sad but black cats and dogs are the most overlooked animals in the shelters 😢 he is good with other dogs and cats too, also good with horses.
