JOIN OUR TEAM! Coldwell Banker Cascade Real Estate is hiring for a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician for our Property Management department. Seeking a safe and efficient worker to assist in repair and maintenance of commercial and residential rental properties. The person in this position is primarily responsible for responding to service requests in the field and managing those requests according to standard processes. Candidate must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor. Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors. Duties include, but are not limited to, a variation of unit repairs, unit preps, exterior maintenance, grounds keeping, building improvements and weekly property cleaning/maintenance. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS * High School Diploma or GED * Valid WA State Driver License-This position travels in a company vehicle to and from multiple job sites daily * Basic Construction Experience (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.) * Positive attitude, willing to work with a team yet dependable and self motivated to work alone *Bilingual preferred – But not required *Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills *Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume Wage: Based on Experience Hours: Full Time – M-F 7:30am – 4:00pm (hours can be flexible) Benefits: Major Holidays Paid, Flexible Schedule, Medical/Dental/Optical Insurance, PTO & 401K after 90 days HOW TO APPLY Please submit resume or application to Coldwell Banker Cascade Real Estate @ 135 N Mission St, Wenatchee WA 98801 or email to [email protected]
