Wanting a small dog that will be suitable for apt living. Prefer one that really needs a home. Not looking to buy from breeders. My preferences are shihtzu or mixes of shihtzus or chihuahua. But will be open to any. Willing to pay rehoming. But nothing over 200. Thank you.
