Poster exhibition titled, “Darshana: A Glimpse into Hindu Civilization” On the occasion of Hindu New Year, to share our Hindu values, we are launching a poster exhibition titled, “Darshana: A Glimpse into Hindu Civilization” to educate our neighbors, leaders, teachers, and the community about Hindu Civilization. Where: Holiday Inn Ballroom, 25406 Katy Mills Pkwy, Katy, TX 77494 When: Saturday, 23rd April 2022, 2-4 PM CDT RSVP: Please RSVP by replying back to the email or by phone below This exhibition is a platform to engage with constituents and the community at large while fostering common ideals and shared values. HSS is partnering with more than 25 Hindu organizations, as this exhibition is for everyone from all walks of life. It is an opportunity to deepen awareness of Hindu culture and contributions to society, creating an environment of harmonious coexistence while pursuing Universal Oneness. This exhibition provides glimpses into Hindu Dharma, a way of life, and Hindu Civilization, including traditions, culture, contributions, and fun facts. It enables everyone to know and understand more about Hindus in the community. HSS promotes self-discipline, self-confidence, and a spirit of selfless service for humanity through its structured values education program for Hindu children and adults. Currently, HSS operates nearly 250 branches nationwide, including 10 branches in the Greater Houston area. HSS Volunteers were at the forefront of humanitarian relief in their respective neighborhoods during the challenging times of COVID-19. HSS volunteers are also helping in vaccination drives. Apart from the social service, also called “sewa” projects, our annual national programs such as “Health for Humanity Yogathon” gain popularity in American society where people from all walks of life participate. https://www.hssus.org
