BE ON THE LOOKOUT IN SHADLE FOR THIS PROWLER

Be on the lookout for a white male in his 20’s, 5’8” ish with pony tail dark hair over weight driving an older burgundy 2002 chevy impala with a white bumper prowling the shadle neighborhood taking pictures of kids. Very creepy. This happened tonight around 6:30 and ALSO this past Monday driving a silver van claiming his battery died, was parked in front of a neighbors house for an hour around 3:30 on the corner of Allen pl and broad pl where it meets circle pl.
