We take situations that all ladies can relate to and give them tools to handle them as safely and effectively as possible. This seminar is not just about self defense techniques but also empowerment, and freedom from any fears that plague the female community. We are going to laugh, maybe have a few tears, but we are definitely going to kick some serious bad guy butt and get some steam out! This is going to be taught by Indiana's state director, Rob Mendenhall who is graduate level 4 and been teaching Krav Maga since 2015. He recently completed the Women's instructor course and is excited to get this information to as many females as possible. Rob has always been passionate about giving people the tools to protect them selves and those around them, having a wife and daughter, especially women.
