A Night On The Red Carpet The Communities for Positive Youth Development (CPYD) Coalition invites you to a youth-created and led Town Hall meeting for our community! “CPYD Night on the Red Carpet” is a chance for youth voices to shine, highlighting substance use prevention efforts, as well as thanking and recognizing the “sector celebrities'' (community members) who make prevention and positive youth development possible! This event is for anyone interested in improving protective factors and decreasing risk factors for youth in the Northwest Suburbs. This event is for anyone desiring to combat the very real dangers of drug and alcohol misuse in our communities.This event is for anyone who believes in the power of recovery.This event is for anyone who wants to create “a healthy, safe, supportive, and productive community” (CPYD Vision) for everyone!We invite you to join us on Wednesday, May 11 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Trickster Cultural Center (190 S. Roselle Rd.) in Schaumburg. Light Refreshments will be served. Attire: Dressy, whatever that means to you! Please bring a donation for the Schaumburg Township Food Pantry.
