We’ve grown large teams like this in almost a dozen states and those who help lay the ground work always benefit the most. This is a unique opportunity to progress very quickly in a company that is poised to dominate the industry over the next 3-5 years. Over the first 6 months you can expect to learn the basics of renewable energy and the programs that are available to our customer base. Once you have shown that you are a leader who can perform your role at a high level, you will be eligible to begin leading a team of consultants. Responsibilities: * Represent our company professionally by increasing solar awareness and becoming an expert on solar energy * Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals * Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills * Provide excellent customer service by serving their best interests. Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Coachable and self-motivated * Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding performance based goals * Able to perform your job with minimal supervision * Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize time. * Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary * Applicants must be 18 years or older * Must have reliable transportation and smart phone * No experience required. Former athletes preferred.
