45 minute bodyweight strength, core, and conditioning workout.
This workout provides breathing techniques and practices that allow your body to perform more effectively while improving your body awareness, strength, and athleticism.
Mats will be provided.

In agreeance with the City of Chicago, we will be lifting the mask and vaccination mandate in our studio space. You may choose to wear a mask, but we will no longer be requiring it. We will continue to follow the decisions made by the city, should any changes occur.
