About the Speaker, Larry O'Brien
Larry is a sought-after executive coach, facilitator and Diversity and Inclusion consultant. He has over 20 years of experience working within corporations in various leadership roles where he has led global systems, process, employee/leader development, and culture change implementations. As a D&I consultant, Larry works with individuals, teams, and organizations to improve diversity and inclusion, communication, and performance.
Larry was born in Latin America and has lived in Argentina, Venezuela, and up and down the east coast of the U.S. He leverages his global upbringing, education, and experience to help leaders create an inclusive environment in order to harness the full potential of their diverse teams.
