Community safety, education, and prevention event At this event, community members will hear from Be SMART for Gun Safety about the importance of securing firearms, receive free gun locks from local law enforcement, hear from hospital officials, and learn about resources for mentoring teens. This is an opportunity for the community surrounding Richland Northeast High School and the Decker Blvd. corridor to come together to learn about ways to keep our community safe and welcoming for all. **CHILDCARE is available for a limited number of children up to 5th grade. Registration is required for childcare.
