Good customer service skills, common sense and working well on a team are the best skills for this Tech position. No experience necessary, on the job training. You will be in the field at residential or commercial locations approximately 80% of the time, working with at least one other service technician. This is a 3/4 time, seasonal position starting May 1st - Sept ?th, when misting season slows down. Misting Installer Technician Skills and Qualifications: Lifting, Climbing Ladders, Good Energy Level, Dependability, Persistence, Time Management, Attendance, Independence, Safety Management, Problem Solving, Dealing with Complexity, Analyzing Information Service Technician and Installation Technician Job Duties: • Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing equipment; completes service maintenance such as misting start-ups, oil changes, replacing filters and misting nozzles. • Maintains functional condition of misting systems by conducting inspections; replacing parts and components; • Verifies misting system operation by running pump motor; adjusting controls and system. • Cleans misting nozzles, loads equipment for jobs, helps service technicians with installations. • Maintains misting supplies • Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock
