This training session is reality-based with Power Up skills that will allow you to fight as a female and stop an attacker. No females are safe in this crazy dangerous world we live in whether you’re a young girl or college age for a woman in the workforce. Mothers and even Grandmothers are being attacked and assaulted on many levels. This is the only way that you can stop sick individuals from hurting you and the ones you love. You will learn and be educated with facts that will show you how to become more aware of your surroundings and how to deal with someone in your personal space. You will learn to utilize body language, verbal judo environmental weapons, and physical defense skills that will enable you to stop an attacker and get away alive. YOU WILL BE THE LAST ONE STANDING!
