Family is seeking an exceptional Housekeeper to become an integral part of their day-to-day life. In this role, the ideal candidate will have deep experience in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining household inventories for their multi-level Pacific Heights residence. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY, PLEASE The ideal candidate must be highly professional, show good judgment, work quickly and independently, and show keen attention to detail. We are looking for a professional who can adapt to change, anticipate needs, and takes pride in providing a clean, healthy residential environment.  Cleaning, Laundry and Supplies: -Detailed and proactive cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen and appliances, dishes, bed linens, floors, trash, etc. -Create and implement deep cleaning rotation including (but not limited to) water and air filters, fridge interiors, stove and hood interior, washing machine interior, dishwasher trap, inside of drawers/cabinets, dog bed, windows, upholstery, etc. -Sort, wash, load, unload, and fold laundry, including clothing and bed linens -Maintain various accessories and decor, such as shoes/purses, flowers, candles -Maintain organized household inventories (i.e., pantries, toiletries, cleaning supplies, staple goods, etc.)  -Maintain organized outdoor areas (patio furniture, etc.) -Manage food in home (no cooking): Unpack deliveries from chef, order and organize groceries, check freshness and expiration dates  -Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials to ensure a safe and sanitary working/living environment -Comfortable with recognizing and notifying facilities staff of any necessary home and/or appliance repairs -Use non-toxic cleaning products and have expertise in cleaning delicate objects and surfaces such as art, marble, stone, bronze, leather, wood, etc. -Collaborate with and schedule vendors & contractors: gardeners, handyman, florist, carpet & window washers, etc. -If needed, supervise biweekly cleaning service  -Submit records and receipts for all expenditures  -Flexible to stay after hours as requested and mutually agreed -Other duties as needed Household Assistance: -Receive and open packages, recycle packaging, mail returns -Organize closets and drawers, manage donations -Organize garage and storage of household supplies, entertaining items, holiday decorations, seasonal clothing, travel items, mementos, etc. -Assist with entertaining before, during, and after events (i.e., run errands, keep track of glassware, silverware for dinner party table settings, cleanup) -Drive for errands such as post office, specialty purchases, donations, deliveries -Help pack and unpack for trips -Light dog care (i.e., schedule and take dog to appointments, purchase food, administer medications, etc.), if needed -Occasional childcare help if requested (two toddlers) -Put up and take down holiday decorations, help wrap presents -Other related duties upon request Compensation: -$50++ Per Hour | DOE -Healthcare Compensation -12 Paid Vacation Days -5 Paid Sick Days -10 Paid Holidays -Discretionary Bonus  -Yearly Wage Review -Mileage Reimbursement To be considered for this opportunity, please reply with your current resume, we will reply to all qualified candidates.
