Project Coordinator-Immediate Opening $22.50-$27.50 an hour • This is a full time-time position (Seasonal – March through November) • Primary role of this position is to setup and take down barricades, cones, ribbon, notices and signs before and after construction projects. Pre-job coordination of all supplies needed in order to perform the project coordinator will solely be your responsibility. • There is a lot of driving the company F-250 tool truck to all jobs managed by Reliable Pavement Services, LLC. Enjoy your own music/podcasts during a lot of the day. • Coordinate purchase of all supplies needed to post all projects. Coordinate schedule of jobs (from company calendar) and make sure all jobs are properly posted 4-7 days before each job starts. Company credit card provided for all things needed for company projects and fuel. • This position is for those who are self-motivated and self-sufficient while staying within the company values. • Work schedule will be varied day to day and week to week. Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, some Saturdays will not be required. Work hours will vary day to day and can be as early as 6am and as late as 6pm. Overtime will be paid after 8 hours in any day, and double time will be paid after 12 hours in any day. Overtime will also be paid after 40 hours in any week. • For those qualified, this position has the opportunity to be promote to an assistant project manager position after 12 months of employment. • This position includes accrual of 2 weeks of paid time off as well as all major holidays. Qualifications: • Valid California driver’s license with good driving record • Comfortable with a cell phone for voice/text/calendar/media messages • Must be fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish would be a big plus • Comfortable with lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) in and out of the company F-250 multiple times a day
