Press release from the Suffolk County District Attorney: April 5, 2022 BOSTON, April 5, 2022— Suffolk prosecutors arraigned three men in connection to the March 29 theft of a headstone at Oak Lawn Cemetery, District Attorney Kevin Hayden said. On Monday, JIOVANNY MATOS, 22, was arraigned in the West Roxbury Division of Boston Municipal Court on charges of malicious destruction of property, larceny over $1,200, and desecration of a place of burial. The court revoked bail on Matos's open case and imposed a $50,000 bail. On Tuesday, TYRESE SEALY, 20, and TYLER GREENE-DAVIS, 22, were arraigned on the same charges. Judge Garland revoked each defendant's bail in pending criminal cases for 90 days and imposed new bails of $7,500 for Sealy and $10,000 for Greene-Davis.
