With six years of experience and hundreds of hours of teaching and training, Jade teaches all over Palm Beach County with a strong belief that all bodies are “yoga bodies”. Her classes are created for all to enjoy, no matter size, color, ability or skill level. Join Jade every Wednesday for this hour long, all levels flow. Yoga is about community!
