Gold Chain and ring

I lost a long gold chain with a ring on the end last Friday in Macy's. I was in the bra dept. and the young women's dress dept. It is the last heirloom keepsake I have from my mother and I was going to wear it in my daughters wedding. I would appreciate any help in recovering it. Thanks so mcuh
