Press release from the Town of Medfield: March 25, 2022 Medfield State Hospital Listening Session The Town has entered into an agreement naming Trinity Financial the designated developer of the Medfield State Hospital on a provisional basis. During the next 90 days, both the Town and Trinity will conduct additional due diligence activities as a follow-up to Trinity's proposal, and leading up to a June Special Town Meeting regarding a potential sale of the property.
