This course is required for all agents who are passed the first time license renewal It is 3.5 hours. This is a mandatory continuing education course approved by the PA Real Estate Commission for 3.5 hours. If you are a new agent and this is your first license renewal your requirements for this are met with the General Module. This course gives you the opportunity to review important information on the Fair Housing Act and how it applies today. We will discuss the events that led to the development of specific legislation. We will discuss the diversity of consumers, customers, and clients and how these interactions can be improved. FAQs How can I contact the organizer with any questions? We share our space with another retail business and we ask that you help us be good neighbors and park in Ledo's Pizza parking lot past the dumpster. Turn at the lightinto Ledo's Pizza. There are steps that will take you to our space. What's the refund policy? We do not offer refunds for no shows. Refunds can be obtained up to seven days before a class. We will allow you to transfer your registration to another course. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do NOT need to bring your printed ticket. What can I bring to the event? Please laptop, tablet, phone, and other devices that you use in your business. We will be looking at some of the tools that you will use. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You do not need to bring your printed ticket. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes, just let us know which course or for which person. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? It is OK. Please understand that we prepare transcripts based on the registration name. If someone attends in someone's place, then the transcript will not be prepared and we will mail that to you.
