ULTRA MARINE, LLC AN GROWING YACHT DETAILING COMPANY HAS MANY PROJECTS RUNNING FOR GEL COAT REPAIR/PATCHING. We anticipate this number to grow as we continue to grow and retain our customer base weekly. This would be a flexible position, flat rate CASH PAY, set your own hours, manage yourself, low stress. Just produce results and we'll produce the work for you. -Experience is required, we expect you to be good at what you do. The area you repair should look as it it "never happened". The repair you do should blend right into the rest of the boat. Color Matching is essential. If you can do this, we want you. -You'll be an actual employee, not a contractor. You'll work under our insurance. All the tedious back end things are handled for you (if you're a contractor you'll see the value in this). Just show up and do the work, occasional interaction with nice customers. That's it. -Bonuses / sales commission structure- HELP us grow the company, help us build a client base, you'll get a cut!
