Would you like to learn about the experiences of those living in poverty and make an impact? Attend our free discussion, “Poverty Awareness,” this May to hear from Kelli Knapp about some background on poverty, the impact of poverty on communities (including Cumberland County), and ways to increase awareness of poverty.
Kelli Knapp is Director of the Warren Library Association and Seneca District Administrator, which are located in the northwest corner of our state. She has held these positions for nearly five years.
