Job description Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 / year Previous Landscape Installation Experience is required! The Landscape Install Project Manager is a hands-on position in charge of managing the day-to-day operations of landscape install and enhancement work to be performed on the job site. Areas of supervision include landscape installation, enhancement projects, irrigation installation, assisting with the management of subcontractors, and performing certain planning and administrative duties. Responsibilities: Supervise and train crews on all aspects of installation and enhancement services Read and execute job plans per specification for the contracted scope of work Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials each day Order and schedule delivery of all materials for each job Understands budgeted vs actual cost and profit margins Communicate with Sales Team and Operations regarding each job Time Management and Job Cost Tracking Install shrubs, trees, sod, irrigation, and hardscapes Digging, tilling, planting, raking, watering, and clean-up of job site Operate heavy machinery (Skid Steer, Dingo, Mini Ex, etc.) Truck and Trailer standardization and cleanliness Ability to adjust irrigation controllers and basic knowledge of irrigation components Maintain on-site relations with clients, contractors, and subcontractors Maintain relations with all vendors and suppliers Requirements: At least 2-3 years experience in the landscaping industry Ability to manage a crew and lead a team Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Must wear work boots, U.S. Lawns uniforms, and present yourself in a clean and professional manner Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others Must comply with U.S. Lawns policies and procedures
