I'm hiring for a helper position right now. No experience needed but must have some common sense and used to physical labor and okay with construction type work. I will train and teach as much as you want to know because the better you are and get and more that you can do the better I can pay. Need someone to start today. Starting pay is $15 per hour. After about 7 to 10 work days possibly sooner if I already have a really good positive feeling sooner that you're steadily naturally a good reliable hard worker and it's not just for the first couple days then I will be okay with raising your pay and bonuses given based off of work and productivity with certain jobs. Some days will be really easy and some days will be strenuous, we deal with a huge variety of types of work but all formed around the same basis. I'm a flooring and renovations contractor so sometimes like today we are busting up old tile and tearing out carpets in a house in order to install new luxury vinyl plank flooring. Sometimes we will be building a custom shower and sometimes we will be painting but flooring is the majority. We get paid at the end of every job sometimes a job is two days so you may get paid three times in one week but some jobs that take longer than a week I will make sure that you still get paid part way through it's still at least have some pay without having to wait more than five work days. The job I am on right now I am hoping for us to finish by Saturday and be paid Sunday at the latest. If we can finish sooner that would be awesome and I will gladly throw a bonus for that one LOL. I need a reliable responsible person drug free and mature. I'm absolutely not in the position to pay anyone today so please do not come to work saying or asking to be paid for today because you just need the gas money or whatever to get started. I do understand that that is the truth most of the time but I've heard it so many times and people come work get some cash and then never show back up. I need somebody that can hold their own and show me what they can do these first few days possibly tomorrow or something if you're working good and I have a good feeling you're going to keep coming back I might possibly be able to help you with some gas or something if you need and after a little time once things are going smoothly I have no problem at all helping with some of your pay advance on jobs sometimes I will give you the shirt off my back but right now I need a strong go getter click on to work and show me they want to work and not just today.
