The Town of Andover has hired a contractor to perform lining of existing sewer mains. This work includes camera inspection, spot repairs, and lining of the sewer mains. The sewer mains that will be worked on are located on Chestnut Street, Morton Street, Wolcott Avenue, Carmel Road, Lucerne Drive, Stevens Circle, and High Street. Work will begin on Monday, April 4th, and we anticipate this work to last approximately 10 weeks. Work hours will be from 7 am to 4 pm.
The construction may require some adjustments in neighborhood driving patterns; however, every effort will be made to minimize this inconvenience. There may be detours and delays.
Emergency vehicles will not be prevented from responding to calls.
