Description

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance around buildings such as fixing structural damage, minor roof, parking lot repairs, window, door, and painting as needed • Repair and/or replace minor broken or leaking plumbing/irrigation issues • Repair and/or replace broken light fixtures, bulbs and identify and trace out any wiring or minor disruption issues • Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries • Apply preventative measures as needed
