Description
WHITE MARSH, MD — A paving project on US 40/Pulaski Highway will begin this week, according to officials.
To improve the road surface for drivers, the Maryland State Highway Administration reports it will have crews milling the roadway and adding a new layer of asphalt along the section of Route 40 from MD 43/White Marsh Boulevard to Reames Road.
Some temporary lane closures during work hours will be required, state officials said.
Work will begin Thursday, April 7, and run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays.
Officials say they expect work will be complete by early May if weather allows.
Gray and Son Inc., of Timonium, will perform the work, and use signs, reflective barrels and electronic arrow boards to alert and guide motorists through the Route 40 work zone.
