My sweet beagle

My male beagle is two years old. He was trained to potty outside and walk without pulling, but I took care of my mother for three months and he was home without the daily consistency so he needs retraining. He lets me know when he needs to go potty outside most of the time by touching my arm with his nose and giving a little whine or by ringing the bells I have on the front door. Sometimes I don't hear the bells and he can't hold it. My fault. I'm going back to work and won't have the time to work with him and he shouldn't be at home alone that long. He is 100% love. Loves playing ball, walking on trails and at the park, and running around outside -inside a fence. He's neutered and has a microchip. I'm looking for one person or a couple who he can be companion to who can devote time to him and have him by their side most of the time. No tying him up outside or anywhere. No leaving him home alone for more than a couple of hours a day. No leaving him outside with a dog house. He cannot be put in a kennel. He has to be inside with his person unless he's outside with his person. A fenced yard is necessary for him to play with his person in because will get distracted by something or someone and run away into danger very quickly. Especially being a beagle he will dig under any fence and escape. A beagle I had years ago dug under the fence, got out, and was hit by a car. So, he can't be left in a fence without observation or he will do the same thing. I'm looking for just the right one or two people for this sweet boy.
