Rajah is a 5 yr old neutered Catahoula ( Not purebred but conforms closely to standards as near as I can tell) I have had him for a year and must re home him as I was just diagnosed with a terminal cancer that only gives us 2-6 months more together. He is everything you expect to love in this breed. Sixty lbs. of loyal, whip smart, playful cannonball that is a firm believer every person in the world is his new BFF, fields are made for running, couches are designed to hold exactly one stretched out dog, affirmative rewards are the next thing to heaven and playtime is to be executed at full throttle! Good with other dogs when introduced slowly- much more slowly with small furry animals. If you have to Google the breed, you may want to skip this post, but if you know them you aren't going to find a better companion on the planet!
