PITTSBURGH, PA — A city man is charged with five burglaries over the past year in Fox Chapel and O'Hara. Allegheny County police said Andrew Clinton, 20, of Squirrel Hill has been charged with multiple counts including burglary, criminal attempt burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal mischief.
