CHESTER, PA — A 4-year-old girl was shot and killed by her 2-year-old brother Tuesday morning in Delaware County. According to Fox 29, the shooting occurred at about 10:30 a.m. on the 900 block of Kerlin Street in Chester. The girl was shot by her 2-year-0ld brother, Action News reports.
