MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN — After three seasons, Trent Eigner will no longer be head coach of St. Thomas Academy's boy's hockey team, according to a report by The Minneapolis Star Tribune.
Eigner told the publication that he was surprised to learn at a meeting on Monday that his contract wasn't being renewed.
Associate head coach Mike Randolph told The Star Tribune that he will likely apply for the position when it gets posted.
