My name is Tim Condon. I'm a lawyer in Tampa, Florida, but I'm posting this on behalf of a certain small homeowners association elsewhere in the state. What they offer is a place to park your RV for free along with free electricity, water, sewer and trash (possibly the use of a bathroom with shower also). This is not a "seasonal position"; they need someone to be a general handyman, grass mower, tree-trimmer, etc. for property of several acres that accompanies additional acreage where about a dozen families live. Basically it's a "manager" job where the person (or couple!) would get a free place to park their RV (and live in it), and report to a small board of directors. What would it pay? That's to be decided. There might or might not be regular payment in addition to the free place to live in your RV and free utilities. There would also be opportunities to earn money by doing jobs (at whatever price you might agree upon) for members of the association, such as mowing their grass, trimming their trees, helping with moving stuff, etc. This is not an emergency; the position doesn't need to be filled immediately, so I'm taking my time. The members of the HOA are simply looking for someone who would be a good fit in terms of both personality and skills, to live among them in their own little Florida paradise. Interested? Let's talk.
