Hey all! This summer I will be looking for housing as I start at National Holistic Institute in Emeryville. Less than $1k/mo for a private room or studio. I'm quiet and tidy, love to cook, play music, run, climb, bike, and hike. I will be in school full time, and my girlfriend lives in Santa Cruz, so I'll be out of the house a lot.
