All SCCPSS Afterschool Activities Canceled Once Again

Press release from Savannah-Chatham County Public School System: 4/6/2022 Due to the continued threat of severe weather that could bring heavy winds and dangerous thunderstorms this afternoon and into the evening, all SCCPSS athletic and after-school activities are canceled this afternoon (April 6). This includes tutorials, practices, any scheduled competitions, and all 21st Century programs. The YMCA After School Care programs will also be canceled. School dismissal will remain on our regular operational schedule. Parents and staff are encouraged to monitor the weather forecast closely and stay alert to changing conditions. As always, the safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority. Please monitor the District's website or follow us on social media for the most current updates and information.
