We are hiring Production Associates to join our team! You will operate simple machinery (pallet jacks, bag sealers, hand tape guns) used to pack hay in bags and boxes for our customers, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Pack hay into bags, seal the bags and put into shipping boxes and stack on pallets.
- This job is really easy to learn and we like to have fun talking to each other at the packing tables, listening to music, etc.
- Compensation is piece rate so you control how much you earn each day/week. We are constantly looking for and incorporating improvements from our team members to improve our efficiency which means higher piece rate pay.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields a plus but not required
Ability to handle physical workload
Hours are 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday
