Hoping for a miracle

Is there anybody out there with a patio and the heart to provide food and water to 3 cats? Perhaps as barn cats? They are a family and they typically hang out together. The mom is about 7, years old, her daughter and son are 6. All spayed/neutered. Alghough they are indoor cats, they are very shy/semi-feral. They are loving if they are treated with patience. The mom feels trapped in the house and letting her out is not an option. All I want for them is to stay together and the opportunity to have food around them. Time is of the essence, please help me save this little family.
