I've got a rental property and I need electrical work done on a Friday evening when tenants are not working. Panel to-code clean up : Fix all found code violations within the electrical panel. Color code all electrical wires correctly, Disconnect all abandoned circuits, and correctly size all conductors to the right size of breaker. Also apply NoOx gel to all-aluminum conductors to prevent rust and corrosion from forming. Includes: •Removal of double-tapped neutral wires. •Install a new ground bar as required. •Removal of any double tapped breakers. Involves installing new tandem breakers capable of 2 circuits each. •Confirm 2 types of grounding at the main, tighten as needed. •Install properly sized breakers on any circuit deemed incorrectly sized. •Apply NoOx anti-oxidation paste on Aluminum conductors. •Provide and install any missing panel screws. •Install bushings for any wires not currently protected. •Provide any required filler plates and clamps as necessary.
