Opening at Plaza high-rise apartment community for individual to perform maintenance and make ready tasks. Must be familiar with landscaping, plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry repairs and ensure maintenance is performed properly, timely and efficiently. Candidate must be able to maintain a service oriented environment by exhibiting a professional appearance and attitude and be available for after hours on-call duties.
