I will be needing laborers for the upcoming spring, summer, and fall. The skills that I am looking for in the best applicant(s) are: Strong attention to detail mentality, hard worker, someone with initiative, and drive. Hardworking, must be honest and dependable. Someone who is able to work well with others, or completely by themselves. Someone who is comfortable on ladders or not afraid of heights is a must. Transportation and cell phone are required. I am not strict, but I do require a job well done. Customers that are happy pay and tip well. I am looking for a reliable crew to build a team. Looking to start as soon as next week. Pay every week. Pay starts at $15.00 hr. Will definitely increase based on performance. Looking for experienced : lawn crew, gutter cleaning crew, and window cleaning crew. Habla Espanol.
