Need a mechanic to Get car running

Cold made car stop running jump wouldn't help it I tried new battery and gas still not turning over but starts and stuff so I don't think it's the carb or alt or starter I think its a spark plug issue can a mechanic help I can't get it towed to any and can't even afford one. Need to get this car running. Help.
